Third, am am trying to do this and am getting a login failure when I try to export the report. I can actually open the report in CR 8. I converted a sample report to the CR format and tried it with the same code, and I got the same exception, so don't think it's a versioning issue. Any ideas? That would save us a lot of headaches. However, there is an overload of that method that takes the server and database name, and that fails, just like when I tried using the ConnectionInfo object with the four properties. During my research, I found that you can call the SetDatabaseLogon method and the ExportToDisk methods to dramatically reduce the amount of code I need to do all of this, which is great.
